The benefits of physical activity on mental health are well-known and many of our members, supporters and their friends have taken on physical challenges to raise money for Changes Bristol.  We’ve had runners, dancers, swimmers, cyclers, hikers – what’s your thing?

Below are some upcoming sporting events that might inspire you but if you have any other ideas that you would like to take part in for sponsorship then email fundraise@changesbristol.org.uk – we would love to hear them!

Bath Half Marathon

16th October 2022 – renowned for being a fast and flat course for those seeking new personal bests or wanting a hill-less challenge. More info here…

London Marathon
