Find a group – online & face-to-face

We run groups both online and in person. Available groups can be found below and we will keep this page regularly updated.

Each group will run for up to 2 hours (depending on the number of attendees). Please bear in mind that if you do arrive more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately we will not be able to let you into the meeting.

𐠒These are our Welcome Space Wellbeing Groups. They are exactly the same format as our other peer support groups but were introduced as a response to the cost of living crisis.
