Look out for this exciting Joy Hacks Workshop we have coming up, run by @petethetemp.
Joy Hacks is a fun and practical exploration of mental resilience and self-induced joy. You will be guided through meditation and physical exercises (all accessible/adaptable), with some laughter yoga and even nonsense yoga thrown in.
This is a great experience to come together as a community to dance and have fun, giving the mind space to rest. Along with learning a little more about how you can generate some joy in your day to day life.
