One piece of feedback we’ve heard from our members again and again is the desire for more support and resources to use outside of our groups. In response to this, we’re really pleased to introduce our new Wellbeing Booklet.

The booklet is based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – an evidence-based approach shown to help improve mental wellbeing. The five ways are: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give. Each section of the booklet includes a short explanation of what that wellbeing principle is, why it matters, and how it can support your mental health.

What makes this booklet extra special is that it also includes suggestions from the Changes community. Members have shared simple, realistic ways they use each of the five ways in their own lives, helping to keep the ideas grounded and accessible. Each section also includes a small activity to help you get started straight away.

We hope this booklet can be a gentle, practical resource that you can return to in your own time, whenever you need it.
