Lets get Physical!
Over-indulging and running around during Christmas can really take its toll. January is a great time to make healthier resolutions and give something new a go. Join us for an event where you can try your hand at different exercises with Bristol based instructors teaching dance, karate, yoga and meditation
Date: Weds 20th January
Time: 7pm – 9pm
This is a drop-in event and you do not need to attend all sessions.
7 – 7.30pm: Dance with Farrah’s Dance Workout
7.30 – 8pm: Karate with VMA Bristol
8 – 8.30pm: Yoga with EveJuniper Yoga
8.30 – 9pm: Meditation with Positively Mindful
Cost: £5 per person (or £2 for Changes Bristol members) through Just Giving HERE – all proceeds directly fund our support services
You will not need any equipment but recommend taking part on a soft flooring or using an exercise / yoga mat
