This international women’s day we’re celebrating the women who are part of Changes Bristol.
In 2025, 54 women attended our Women’s Peer Support Group:
- 100% would recommend the group 💟
- 100% said it helped them express themselves 💟
- 87.5% felt less isolated and more confident 💟
