We are delighted to invite all our Members and Volunteers to our next Annual General Meeting which will take place on Thursday 26th March 2025, 6.00pm – 8.00pm, at Acta Community Theatre, Gladstone St, Bedminster, Bristol BS3 3AY. Details about accessibility and travel to the venue can be found at the end of this post. Read on to find out how to book to attend the AGM, and how to become a voting member!
The Annual General Meeting is a wonderful celebration of everything that Changes Bristol has done and achieved over the past year. It is also when our Voting Members will have the opportunity to vote on the membership of the charity’s board of trustees, and on any other proposals which the trustees have brought to the meeting.
We will also share a delicious buffet meal provided by Eat A Pitta together during the meeting (the meal will be entirely vegan, and there will be gluten free options available).
What is a voting member?
A voting member is able to vote at the AGM on trustee board membership, and any other proposals that are brought to the meeting by the trustees. Any member can sign up to become a voting member, but we ask you to pay a small fee of £1 as a sign of your commitment to Changes Bristol.
How will that work at the AGM?
On arrival at the AGM, those who have registered as voting members will be given a voting card with their name on it which they can hold up when a vote is being taken.
How do I become a voting member?
If you would like to become a voting member please fill out this form to register your details:Â

Can I still come to the AGM even if I don’t want to be a voting member?
Yes! Please do! We would love for you to join us at the AGM even if you don’t plan to become a voting member, as it’s a great evening celebrating Changes Bristol and everything we’ve done over the past year, and a lovely chance to socialise with everyone.
If you would like to come to the AGM, but not as a voting member, please book using the following link, so that we know how many people we need to cater for and set up chairs for!Â

Can I still be a voting member even if I can’t come to the AGM?
