Meet our Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is essential to the governance of the organisation and provides an important function for the smooth running of the charity. The Trustees are all volunteers who form the governing body of the charity and are responsible for providing the strategic direction and look to safeguard the charity’s aims.

Most of the time we take mental health for granted, not really address it, or give it much air time. I think it’s important to acknowledge that we all have our own unique mental health experiences be it small or big, and we all have a collective responsibility to create spaces to discuss these experiences openly with empathy. I became a Trustee at Changes because it exemplifies how such spaces can be created where we are all peers.
You’ll find me doing photography, yoga or sewing in my spare time.

It’s been an absolutely great experience and something I am so pleased that I did. All of the trustees are made to feel very valued and there is genuine appreciation for the time that we give up.”
