Here at Changes we’re intensely aware of the importance of social connection for maintaining a healthy mind. Unfortunately, with the closing down of many opportunities for connection, many of us will have to be more creative with how we keep our minds occupied and nourished.

Many of our members use creativity to manage their mental wellbeing – crafting, painting, writing and many more. We wanted to share with you some great creative resources that you can access from home from the internet.

Here you can also find free courses for learning something new:

At Changes we are working hard to establish alternative ways of keeping our members connected with us and each other; virtual meetings and phone options. If you are not sure you are on our mailing list to find out about these, drop us an email at info@changesbristol.org.uk and ask to be put on it.

If you would like to share an article / idea for creative activities people can do while self-isolating, please get in touch.
