Nature Wellbeing Day

Spring is here! If you like nature and want to learn more about it join us on Saturday the 11th of May!

The Nature Wellbeing Day is a fun, relaxing day filled with activities that give you the oppurtunity to connect with yourself and nature. There will be plenty of time to learn more about the great outdoors and catch up with other Changes members. 

Thank you so much to Avon Wildlife Trust for providing us with this wonderful day and Feed Bristol for allowing us to use the site. 

This day is only available to people who attend Changes Bristol support groups and places are limited. So, to avoid missing out contact hannah@changesbristol.org.uk for more information and to book your place.
