How We Can Help
We support you when you need it
If you are suffering from any kind of mental distress, we are here to help you. Our aim is to give you the support you need to cope with your mental health problem, and also to help you to find the tools you need to help you get well again. We achieve this through the network of support groups we run across Bristol.
If you think you could benefit from attending one of our support groups, please come along; you are more than welcome to!
Our support groups
Our support groups provide you with a safe and confidential place to come and talk about your problems and get help and advice from other people who have been through similar things.
If you would like to see if we can help you, why not visit one of our support groups? They are free to attend and you can just turn up on the day.
